04 / DELIVERY

Your date is a request, not a guaranteed deadline. Typical design time is 1–3 business days; production is usually 3–7 business days after approval and required payment. Complex and larger orders may take longer.

Start with the design deposit.

Your $20 non-refundable deposit covers the initial design work and includes up to two revisions. Extra revisions may cost more. We review your request, confirm the quote, and arrange the remaining payment before production.

For production, 50% of the approved total is required to start, with your design deposit counted toward it. The remaining balance is due before your order is released. Custom printed items are non-refundable unless there is a production defect.

I understand this is a design deposit, not payment for the full apparel order, and I agree to the terms above.

Design services and group orders

Template edits: $10–$30. Basic custom design: $25–$50. Advanced custom design: $50–$150+. Design fees depend on the scope; your deposit counts toward the final project total.

Bulk rates below are per shirt before size charges, personalization, design fees, tax, and shipping. Matching tee selections across size groups use the quantity rate automatically; mixed garments/designs and final eligibility are confirmed in your quote.

Bringing your own garments does not reduce the standard price. Shipping is estimated at $11.99 and confirmed with the final quote.
